TezTez determines estimates according to the route and shipment status. Check your order information or ask support for the available estimate. Purchasing time, transport and customs inspection affect the overall timeline.
Delivery charges
Review the goods, service and calculated delivery charges before confirming. If a shipment tariff or customs calculation is not yet shown, ask support to clarify it before paying.
Customs and shipment issues
TezTez handles logistics matters involving customs and transport, including delayed or lost shipments. Contact Prosell support with your order number; support will coordinate your enquiry with the partner.

Open Orders in your profile to view the order number, shipment information and available statuses. Send support your order number if you have a question about its status.
